Southern Strings meets at the Dixie School Log Cabin, located on Elks Lake Road, Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Southern Strings has a beginner class that meets the first Tuesday of every month at 6:15 - 6:45 p.m.

Variety Group, is working on confederate music, meets the 2nd & 4th Tuesday every month at 6:15 - 6:45 p.m.
All acoustical instruments are welcome. (dulcimer, guitar, banjo, autoharp, spoons, tub base, rub board, jug, etc.)

Psaltery Group meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:15 - 6:45 p.m.

Southern Strings has a jam every week, Tuesdays at  7 - 8:30 p.m.
